Financial Analyst

Highly successful International Business Services company seek to recruit CIMA/ACCA or ACA Qualified Financial Analyst to undertake an exciting opportunity which has arisen due to internal promotion. Based at well situated offices in Guildford, Surrey. Reporting to the Head of FP & A the Financial Analyst will act as finance business partner to Regional Finance Managers across the EMEA to ensure reported figures are robust and achievable. In addition the Financial Analyst will be responsible for Group FP & A in accordance with strict corporate deadlines. Key duties of the role include: * KPI Reporting and Analysis * Performing a detailed review of regional month-end financials * Key involvement in group budgeting & forecasting * Analysis of gross margins across the EMEA Region * Cash flow forecasting and reporting * Financial modelling utilising advanced MS Excel * Gaining a detailed understanding of any variances to budgeted or forecasted figures * Group revenue forecasting and analysis * Working capital analysis & reporting * Building strong working relations with both Regional and Head Office finance teams About you * The FP & A Analyst will be CIMA/ACCA or ACA Qualified with a proven track record within Financial Analysis * You will have advanced Excel skills and a good aptitude for accounting systems is advantageous * Applicants will have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at the highest level What's on offer * Flexible Hybrid working * 25 days holiday * Company Pension * Medical & life insurance * Annual Bonus * Subsidised Gym membership
